What exactly is an agent run?
One agent turn: one question in, one governed answer out. The steps, tool calls, and guardrails within that turn count as one run. A conversation with several questions uses several runs. Model usage is billed separately.
How does deployment affect pricing?
Krazimo Cloud runs on our side at the standard price: $99/month for 5,000 runs or $499/month for 40,000. When Studio runs on your own infrastructure, those monthly fees include twice the runs: 10,000 or 80,000. Growth overage is $0.01 per run in Krazimo Cloud and $0.005 per run on your own infrastructure.
What happens after Starter’s included runs?
Starter has no overage option. Move to Growth above 5,000 runs on Krazimo Cloud, or above 10,000 runs on your own infrastructure. Growth includes 40,000 cloud runs or 80,000 self-hosted runs per month.
How are additional Growth runs priced?
On Krazimo Cloud, runs beyond 40,000 cost $0.01 each. With self-hosted Studio, runs beyond 80,000 cost $0.005 each—half a cent. At 100,000 runs per month, the platform fee is $1,099 for Krazimo Cloud or $599 for self-hosted Studio, before model usage and applicable taxes.
Does self-hosted pricing include infrastructure?
Self-hosted plans cover the Studio platform. Your infrastructure and model usage are separate from the platform fee. Talk to us about your requirements before getting started.
Is model usage included?
No. Model usage is separate from the platform fee. Use your own provider key, billed directly by your provider, or pay model costs at cost with no Krazimo markup.
Are these monthly prices?
Yes. Plan prices are in USD per month. The run allowance applies to each monthly billing period. Model usage and applicable taxes are separate.
